Warranty Coverage:

  1. We offer a 6-month warranty on every mobile screen repaired/replaced by us from the date of invoice.

  2. Additionally, we provide a 1-month breakage warranty on the screen/LCD, covering any malfunctions or defects related to touch issues or display quality.

  3. Our warranty includes a one-time screen replacement in case of accidental damage, if claimed within 1 month from the date of invoice.

Claiming Your Warranty:

  1. To claim your warranty, email us at [email protected] with service details, invoice number, phone number, and IMEI number.

  2. Provide a video demonstrating the prevailing display issue for prompt processing.

Validity and Limitations:

  1. Warranty is valid only for the specific device repaired and the original customer, and is non-transferable.

  2. Mobile phones must be switched on and functioning normally other than the screen to process a claim request.

  3. Warranty is applicable for 6 months if the old screen of your device is handed over to the technician; otherwise, it is valid for 3 months.

Exclusions from Warranty:

  1. Our warranty does not cover accidental damage, water damage, tampering with internal hardware, or software issues unrelated to the repair.

  2. Excessive damage to the device, subsequent mishandling, and new damages unrelated to the original repair are also excluded from warranty coverage.

Resolution Time:

  1. Our team strives to resolve warranty issues within 48 to 72 hours from the moment you submit a query.

  2. You will receive acknowledgment of your query via email, and we will work diligently to address your issue as soon as possible.
